📦 Shipping Origin
Most products ship from our global fulfillment centers. The specific shipping origin and available shipping methods are clearly displayed on each product page at the time of purchase.
⏱ Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation
- Warehouse operating hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships

💳 PayPal eCheck Orders
Orders paid via PayPal eCheck will be shipped only after the payment has cleared. The clearance process may take up to 7 business days. Please contact PayPal directly for details regarding eCheck clearance.
📍 Shipping Area
At this time, we ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or the following regions: PR, AK, HI, GU, and Military addresses (AA, AE, AP).

🏠 Delivery Method
Large fitness equipment is delivered via curbside delivery only. Delivery to upper floors or inside residences is not available.
📦 Multiple Packages
Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on item size, quantity, or warehouse location. You will be notified by email if your order ships in multiple parts.
⚠️ Shipping Delays & Responsibility Disclaimer
WENOKER is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failures caused by:
- Delays in transportation to remote or hard-to-reach areas
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact information provided by the customer
- Customer refusal to accept delivery or changes to the address after shipment
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, transportation disruptions, or public emergencies
- Customs inspections or transportation regulations affecting certain products
- Delivery restrictions during weekends, public holidays, or to locations inaccessible to couriers
